The AAGE is focused on collecting and sharing data that provides members with quality information and a breadth of perspective that supports them as they build and deliver best practice early talent programs. Using surveys, the AAGE is able to produce metrics against which you can benchmark your graduate and intern processes and insights into the behaviours and aspirations of candidates and graduates.
