The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) is the peak body representing the organisations and professionals that recruit, develop and inspire students, graduates and interns.

The graduates of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Strong early careers programs provide guidance, inspiration and opportunities that are vital for the development of our workforce across health, science, technology, law, business, engineering, defence and more. Every aspect of our society is impacted by the quality and retention of graduates. Our role is to support the Early Careers Industry and strengthen the talent pipelines Australia relies on, today and in the years ahead.

We are the independent voice of the industry, directly representing over 500 organisations across private and public sectors. As a not-for-profit and member-led association, the AAGE advocates and responds to the issues that matter to the industry.
