The AAGE is the peak industry body for the graduate recruitment and development market in Australia. We support organisations that recruit and develop graduates or which offer services in connection with graduate recruitment and development. Our current membership comprises over 450 employers, including a variety of large and small organisations across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors. We also offer Associate Membership for service providers, industry associations and universities.

The AAGE is the only representative body in the Australian graduate recruitment market that is run by employers for employers. We are led by a board and committee of volunteer members who help coordinate our member offering. This structure gives the AAGE a unique ability to provide our members with valuable and relevant services.
