Her background in Early Talent Development ranges from Program Strategy and Design, through to end-to-end execution and review, targeted a variety of Early Talent Cohorts including VET and tertiary education pathways.

Her expertise includes attraction, selection and development of early careers talent. Strengths include leadership, stakeholder management, strategy and project management.

Kelly Pfeffer - Elected Director

Graduate Talent Lead, Suncorp

Kelly is the Graduate Talent Lead at Suncorp for Australia and New Zealand with 15+ years experience in the early careers industry across both private and public sector organisations. Prior to this, Kelly specialised in HR Policy and Legislation, Recruitment, and Learning and Development roles.

Kelly has been an AAGE member since 2006 and previously volunteered on the Committee and Board from 2011 to 2019.

Madeline West - Elected Director

Senior Early Careers Specialist, Arup

Passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion, Maddie has dedicated the last 5 years to making a meaningful impact in early careers. With a background in both the banking and engineering consulting industries, Maddie has recruited graduates and interns across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

In addition to her early careers experience, Maddie works independently as a disability support worker. In this role, she supports clients in accessing social support and offering domestic assistance.

Maddie's creative mindset is a driving force behind her ability to challenge conventional limitations and think outside the box. As a proud member of Generation Z herself, Maddie uses this creative mindset to craft innovative strategies that resonate effectively with the target demographic.

Fulvio Barbuio - Co-Opted Director

BCom Hon, FCTA (Australian Corporate Treasury Association), FCPA (CPA Australia), MAICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors)

In a corporate career spanning over 40 years, Fulvio has gained a broad and deep level of experience in senior management and professional roles in finance, treasury, strategy, planning, financial and business analysis, enterprise risk management and insurance. A focus on excellence and high performance has been at the centre of his career ethos.

From 2014 he also transitioned into Non-Executive Director roles and apart from his role at AAGE, he was previously a Non-Executive Director of Business Excellence Australia and a Non-Executive Director and Vice President at the Australian Corporate Treasury Association. These roles have added a governance and whole of business lens to his corporate experiences, equipping him to make a strong contribution to organisational success.

Amita is the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Alex Bank and possesses over 20 years of professional experience specialising in corporate governance, corporate and commercial law in both private practice and in-house roles across the financial services sector.

Her expertise ranges from providing advice on matters of corporate governance, risk management, and delivery of high level legal and commercial advice for her clients.

Allyson Yule - Company Secretary

Associate, Piper Alderman

Allyson is a corporate Lawyer at Piper Alderman where she regularly advises both private and public companies on corporate governance and corporate compliance matters. Prior to this, Allyson worked as in-house counsel at an unlisted public company where she had first-hand experience in the provision of company secretarial services.
