You are invited to join us for the AAGE's End of Year Wrap Up Roundtable.

At our final event for 2023, network with your peers from across the early careers industry to discuss this year's recruitment campaigns for graduates and interns as well as inducting and developing your cohorts in 2024. This is a great opportunity to share insights and, as you plan for next year, find out the latest information on:

• Best practice, ideas and trends in attraction, selection and development
• Recruitment campaign outcomes including candidate acceptance rates
• Inclusive recruitment practices
• Successes and challenges in pre-employment engagement
• Development programs for current and incoming intern and graduate cohorts.

NOTE: To keep overall numbers manageable, we request that each organisation adheres to capacity requirements as listed on the event invitation.

Cost

Complimentary entry for AAGE members.

Non-members and member colleagues may attend for $50 + GST.   

Members must be logged in to access complimentary registration.

Cancellations

In order for us to cater appropriately, please let us know if you need to cancel your attendance. Also, catering cannot be guaranteed if registration is made four days or less prior to the event.

In order to cancel an invoice raised OR receive a refund for event attendance, the AAGE requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice to receive notice of your intention to cancel. All cancellation requests need to be received in writing via events@aage.com.au.
