You are invited to join us for the AAGE's VIRTUAL February Forum. This event is open to all AAGE members who did not register to attend an in-person February Forum.

The forums will be separated into Practitioner and Leader groups and will have topics for facilitated discussion. This format will enable peer groups from within the AAGE membership to discuss topical issues and share insights as you plan and execute your graduate recruitment and development in 2023.

There are TWO ticket options and only one can be selected:

Option 1 – Session 1 (employers , service providers and universities)

  • 11.30am - 12.30pm ACT/NSW/TAS/VIC time
  • 11.00am - 12.00 noon SA time
  • 10.30am - 11.30am QLD time
  • 10.00am - 11.00am NT time
  • 8.30am - 9.30am WA time

Option 2 – Session 2 (employers only)

  • 1.30pm - 2.30pm ACT/NSW/TAS/VIC time
  • 1.00pm - 2.00pm SA time
  • 12.30pm - 1.30pm QLD time
  • 12.00 noon - 1.00pm NT time
  • 10.30am - 11.30am WA time

Session 1 is for employer representatives with 0 to 3 years’ experience, industry associations, university members and service provider members in the graduate recruitment and development industry. You will engage in discussions on a range of topics including:

  • Attraction and branding activities for the 2023 recruitment season
  • Selection processes and timing
  • Onboarding and development of your 2023 graduates.

Session 2 is for employer representatives with at least 4 years' experience in the graduate recruitment and development industry. You will engage in discussions on a range of topics including:

  • Graduate strategy in 2023 – what are organisations wanting from their early career programs?
  • Identifying and rising to the challenges of 2023.

Complimentary entry for AAGE members. Members must be logged in to register for this event.
