You are invited to join us for the AAGE's February Forum series. Our first face-to-face event for 2023 provides our employer members with an opportunity to meet with their industry peers for roundtable discussions, while a lunch in between the two forums is an opportunity for all members to come together to connect and network.

The employer forums will be separated into Practitioner and Leader groups and will have topics for facilitated discussion. This format will enable peer groups from within the AAGE membership to discuss topical issues and share insights as you plan and execute your graduate recruitment and development in 2023.

The lunch will see employer, universities, service providers and industry associations come together to make new connections or build on existing relationships to help you lay the foundation for a successful year ahead.

There are THREE ticket options and only one can be selected:

Option 1 – Session 1 and Lunch (employers only)
Option 2 – Lunch only (all representatives)
Option 3 – Session 2 and Lunch (employers only)

Option 1 - Session 1 including lunch (10.30am - 1.00pm)

This session is for employer representatives with 0 to 3 years’ experience in the graduate recruitment and development industry. You will engage in roundtable discussions on a range of topics including:

  • Attraction and branding activities for the 2023 recruitment season
  • Selection processes and timing
  • Onboarding and development of your 2023 graduates.

Later in the session we will be joined by some of our industry association, service provider and university members who you will be working with this year to share their insights on the graduate recruitment and development market before we all enjoy a networking lunch together.

Option 2 - Lunch (12.00 noon - 1.00pm, members are welcome from 11.30am - 12.00 noon for the last 30 minutes of Session 1)

Lunch will take place between the two sessions so all of our members can come together to network over a bite to eat. Our industry association, service provider and university members are invited to register for this session which will see you join our employer members for the conclusion of the practitioner session to be introduced to them and join them for discussions before staying for the lunch break.

Option 3 - Session 2 including lunch (12.00 noon - 2.30pm, session begins at 1.00pm)

This session is for employer representatives with at least 4 years' experience in the graduate recruitment and development industry. You will arrive for lunch to network with other members before going into the session where you will engage in roundtable discussions on a range of topics including:

  • Graduate strategy in 2023 – what are organisations wanting from their early career programs?
  • Identifying and rising to the challenges of 2023
  • Setting your team up for success.
