The 2025 AAGE Graduate Survey aims to understand graduates’ perceptions and experiences of their first year of employment by having participants rate their employer across a range of criteria including access to learning and development, quality of work and assessment of program features.

The Insights Report is based on this research with 4,191 responses from the 2024 intake of graduates across 225 organisations and provides comprehensive insights, highlighting key trends and presenting recommendations. To allow for the observation of trends over time, data from the 2024 Graduate Survey has also been included.

The report also includes comparisons to the results from the Top 15 employers, made up of the top five employers from the three program sizes of small (intake less than 20), medium (intake of 21-70) or large (intake of 71 or more). The Top 25 employers in each category with the highest overall average ratings are listed on the Top Graduate Employers website. We believe these insights will help employers to evaluate their organisation and gain a better understanding of industry best practices.
