Exhibitor Inclusions

Basic Exhibitor Package: Space Only

Our basic exhibitor package is called "Space Only". Each exhibitor will be provided with the following inclusions:

  • Exhibition space approximately 3 metres wide by 3 metres deep
  • Trestle table, table cloth and 2 chairs for each exhibitor.
  • Connection to a power supply.
  • Catering for up to 2 of the exhibitor's staff.

Exhibitors will need to bring their own display banner(s) and promotional literature.

Please note that a "Space Only" package does not have any walls for hanging/sticking posters.

If you want to have a larger display area then you can purchase 2 (double) or 3 (Triple) "Space Only" packages.

The two images to the right show a "Space Only" stall. The top image shows an undressed "Space Only" and the image below this shows how an example of how the "Space Only" can look once dressed by exhibitors.

Walled Booth

A purpose built "Walled Display Booth" can be ordered for an additional fee of $550 + GST per space. Under this option exhibitors receive everything provided under the "Space Only" package plus the "Walled Display Booth".

The "Walled Display Booth" includes fascia signs displaying the exhibitor's name and carpeted walls which are velcro compatible (see images below).  Please note, a walled booth will either have 2 (corner) or 3 solid walls, depending on where you are located on the floor plan. Should you have a preference, please note this in your registration form comments.

Please note: if you book a single space (3m x 3m) and would like to book a walled booth, please select a 'Single Walled Booth' in the registration form. If you book a double space, you will require a 'Double Walled Booth.' The size of the booth booked will directly relate to the size of the space that you book.

Custom Built Stands

We have had a few exhibitors in 2024 with custom built stands which looked fabulous (see pictures right and below) and we are happy to accommodate any requests for these types of stands. Please note, we require information regarding these stands a minimum of 45 days prior to the Big Meet that you are exhibiting at.

You must liaise with the AAGE Events team regarding your custom build as your stall space and floor plan allocation will likely be determined depending on your build requirements.

All Custom stands must be approved by the venue and information required may vary from venue to venue. Exhibitors wanting a custom stand may also incur additional room hire fees if the setup of your stand is extensive. Please note, no custom stands will be allowed less than 45 days out from the event.
