Event Details

    Presenter: Brightworks

    Topic: Graduates who grow - how to help them close the critical skills gap

    In today’s rapidly shifting landscape we’ve seen a significant widening of critical skills gaps globally; a global pandemic, the emergence of AI, and remote work has redefined the workplace and all played a significant role in contributing to this skills gap. The World Economic Forum predicting that nearly half of all workers will require reskilling by 2025*.

    Gen Z will be directly affected by this and will need to start upskilling and reskilling as soon as they enter the workforce. Graduate programs will need to direct them on the path to continuous development so their graduates are ready for the future of work.

    Join us for a 1-hour interactive masterclass presented by Brightworks as we deep dive into the global critical skills gaps; what they are and what practical steps can your organisation take to bridge this skills gap and what are the risks of not acting now.

    Hear from an expert line up of speakers;
    Lou Zoanetti, Founder and Managing Director, Brightworks, Jen Williams, Head of Client Delivery, Brightworks, plus industry experts and Gen Z voices as we explore this important topic.
