You are invited to join us for the AAGE's upcoming VIRTUAL Campaign Debrief Roundtable.

11.30am - 12.30pm NT/SA time
10.00am - 11.00am WA time

This is an exciting opportunity to meet your peers from the graduate resourcing and development industry to discuss a range of issues related to graduate development programs including:

• Structure and content of development programs
• Use of development programs as an attraction tool
• Identification of high potential
• Technical training vs. leadership training
• Use of assessment and selection scores to determine training needs
• Retention of graduates.

Each Virtual Roundtable will consist of a small number of AAGE members from a cross-section of employer industries, service providers, industry associations and universities. Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion of the current state of the Australian graduate / intern recruitment market.

Please note:

• To manage capacity limits, we ask members to register for one session only, therefore you are unable to attend the virtual session if you are attending a face-to-face session.
• Members must be logged in to register.
