Engineering Education Australia (EEA) is at the forefront of professional development for engineers.
What we do
In collaboration with Engineers Australia and industry experts, we have been empowering engineers for over 30 years by providing training that helps them maintain high professional standards and stay competitive, all while aligning with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Our training contributes to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours with Engineers Australia and aligns with competency standards, helping engineers achieve and maintain Chartered status.
How we do it
We offer a variety of flexible training options, from self-paced learning and live online sessions to in-house workshops and tailored business solutions, ensuring engineers stay ahead of the curve. Our award-winning Graduate Program (also available for sector-specific needs), our Emerging Leaders, Professional Year, and Global Engineering Talent programs are designed to equip engineers with the skills needed to excel in a rapidly changing environment, while our Engineering Skills Framework helps organisations assess and manage workforce capabilities, ensuring the right skills are developed.
Our promise
EEA is proud to be a trusted partner in the development of engineering talent. Last year, we upskilled over 3,500 engineers from 110 organisations, delivering more than 125,000 CPD hours. By partnering with EEA, you are not only upskilling your engineering teams but also ensuring your workforce is equipped to meet future challenges and leadership demands. Our training solutions directly align with organisational goals, driving improved performance, employee satisfaction, and retention. Partnering with EEA means giving your engineers the tools to succeed, fostering a culture of growth, and positioning your organisation for long-term success.
