This engaging and hands on 90-minute online workshop is professional and career development skills for you - the people delivering early careers programs. The webinar equips attendees to take ownership of their careers within a rapidly changing landscape shaped by persistent change at the macro level, including sweeping AI adoption, threats to global stability, economic uncertainty and legislative reform.

This session for employers only equips attendees to strategically reflect on their skills, experience and career goals, and confidently map out their next steps to elevate their professional impact, strategically navigating their career trajectory across current and future roles.

By combining active reflection and strategic career strategy tools, this workshop enables attendees to lead themselves with clarity and take purposeful steps toward high-impact career success.

Participants will:

  • Reflect on their unique skills, experiences and career goals through an active career expansion lens.
  • Develop a robust understanding of skills framing and positioning in rapidly changing environments.
  • Learn how to identify and utilise mentors and sponsors through in person and online networking more effectively to expand their opportunities.
  • Create a strategic career action plan to navigate both their current role and next opportunities with confidence.

Cost

Complimentary entry for AAGE employer members.

Members must be logged in to access complimentary registration.

Non-member employers and employer member colleagues may attend for $50 + GST however must register by emailing events@aage.com.au.

Cancellations

In order to cancel an invoice raised OR receive a refund for event attendance, the AAGE requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice to receive notice of your intention to cancel. All cancellation requests need to be received in writing via events@aage.com.au.
