Each year, we review the evolution of early careers and graduate programs. In today’s environment, program leaders are navigating budget pressures, shifting workforce needs, evolving stakeholder expectations and the rapid rise of AI, which is reshaping candidate behaviour, recruitment processes and program delivery.

At the same time, there is increasing pressure to innovate, adapt and demonstrate meaningful impact, without losing sight of what makes a program successful.

Join the AAGE and NZAGE for this webinar as we bring together insights from our latest survey data, exploring how organisations across both countries are responding to a changing market.

You’ll also hear from a panel of experienced employers, sharing practical strategies on:

  • Responding to AI-driven shifts in candidate behaviour
  • Fostering innovation in early careers programs
  • Learning from peers across our international community to keep programs robust, relevant, and future-fit

What we’ll cover:

  • Key trends and insights from the latest research across both markets
  • How to demonstrate value and align with business priorities
  • Practical approaches to adapt and evolve your program
