Join us for a virtual roundtable discussion designed for early careers professionals who want to strengthen their pre-onboarding experience, reimagine their graduate transition to work activities and ensure key internal stakeholders are aligned throughout the journey.

This interactive session will be a chance to:

• Hear insights from AAGE surveys where graduates share feedback on employer pre-onboarding activities
• Share strategies that keep future grads warm, connected and excited about joining your organisation
• Explore how to use the post-offer period to refine your onboarding and development plans
• Learn how others in the early careers space bring stakeholders into the conversation and make them active participants in candidate care.
