Join the AAGE for a member-only webinar showcasing two AGRIA-winning initiatives driving inclusive and accessible recruitment. Hear from John Pynaker, Powerlink Queensland and Lou Zoanetti, Brightworks as they share how they are identifying and removing barriers, building capability and improving outcomes for underrepresented talent across the early careers pipeline.

Powerlink will share its multi‑year Student Engagement Strategy to increase awareness, access, aspiration and support for under‑represented students, strengthening long‑term pathways into STEM-based early careers roles. Brightworks will present on its dedicated neuro-inclusive recruitment pathway, including specialised assessment tools, tailored processes and early transparency to support psychological safety and encourage disclosure. This is an opportunity to learn directly from other AAGE members who have been recognised by their peers for their initiatives, ask questions, and take away practical ideas to apply in your own recruitment and early careers practices.

This webinar will be held as follows:
