The 2023 Graduate Survey is based on research conducted by the AAGE with 3,078 responses across 158 organisation from the 2022 intake of graduates, i.e. graduates who have been working for an organisation for around 12 months.

The survey provides the latest market information on:

• Employee profiles
• Satisfaction levels of graduates within their role, graduate program and organisation
• The preparedness of graduates for work and their post graduate studies and development
  
• Expectations and plans for the future.

Year after year, employers have found the survey to be an invaluable resource, allowing them to benchmark themselves against market best practice and plan their upcoming campaigns.
