The 2022 Graduate Survey is based on research conducted by the AAGE with 2,936 responses across 147 organisation from the 2021 intake of graduates, i.e. graduates who have been working for an organisation for around 12 months.

The survey provides the latest market information on:

• Satisfaction levels
• Expectations and plans for the future.

Year after year, employers have found the survey to be an invaluable resource, allowing them to benchmark themselves against market best practice and plan their upcoming campaigns.
