You are invited to join us for the AAGE's upcoming Virtual Roundtables.

This is an exciting opportunity to meet your peers from the graduate resourcing and development industry to discuss a range of topical issues such as:

• Diversity targets
• Skills shortages
• Candidates who renege
• Keeping candidates warm
• Induction process for 2022 graduate intake
• Plans for recruitment in 2022
• Any other issues you would like to discuss with your industry peers.

Each Virtual Roundtable will consist of a small number of AAGE members from a cross-section of employer industries, service providers, industry associations and universities. Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion of the current state of the Australian graduate/intern recruitment market.

Please note:

• To keep overall numbers manageable, we request that each organisation adheres to capacity requirements as listed on their event invitation.
• Members must be logged in to register.
• If you would like to register a colleague to join the call on your behalf who is not an AAGE member representative, please email their details to Samantha Duff at events@aage.com.au.
