2021 AAGE Attraction and Assessment VIRTUAL Roundtable - Tuesday 9th February

12.00 noon - 1.00pm ACT/NSW/TAS/VIC time
11.30am - 12.30pm NT/SA time
11.00am - 12.00 noon QLD time
9.00am - 10.00am WA time

You are invited to join us for the AAGE's upcoming Attraction and Assessment Roundtables.

This is an exciting opportunity to meet your peers from the graduate resourcing and development industry to discuss a range of issues related to attraction and assessment such as:

  • What attraction strategies are being used for the 2021 recruitment season?
  • How successful are marketing channels such as careers fairs, campus ambassadors and social media?
  • What attributes are employers seeking during the 2021 campaign?
  • Are employers using competency frameworks, success profiling or strengths-based assessment?
  • What assessment tools are employers using to screen and select their candidates?
  • How useful are aptitude tests, video interviews or gamification?

Each Virtual Roundtable will consist of a small number of AAGE members from a cross-section of employer industries, service providers, industry associations and universities. Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion of the current state of the Australian graduate / intern recruitment market.

Please note:

  • We have created a series of Virtual Roundtables across a variety of dates and times. A maximum of two representatives from each member organisation can register to attend one Roundtable for this series. They can register for the same event or different events.
  • Each representative must hold a membership or attend in place of a member, i.e. if an organisation only has one membership, they can only register one representative.
  • Members must be logged in to register.
  • If you would like to register a colleague to join the call on your behalf who is not an AAGE member representative, please email their details to Samantha Duff at events@aage.com.au.

Cost

Complimentary access for up to two AAGE members per organisation. Please contact memberships@aage.com.au if you are interested in becoming a member of the AAGE.

Cancellations

We expect these events to reach capacity. If you have registered to attend and are no longer able to dial into this videoconference, we ask you to notify events@aage.com.au so that we can offer the opportunity to someone on the waitlist to attend.
