Q&A with Graduate Panel:

A candid discussion with our panel of graduates

You are invited to join us for the AAGE's Graduate Panel.

This is your chance to hear the views and experiences of our panel of graduates.

Our panel consists of graduates who are in their first year of employment.

The panel will answer questions from the audience on a range of issues related to the recruitment and development of graduates, for example:

• What do students look for in an employer?
• What employers are the most attractive and why? 
• Which marketing channels are the most effective?
• What induction, training and development do new graduates receive?
• What is the 'reality' of a graduate job in relation to the 'expectation'? 

These panel sessions will provide a rare opportunity to discuss a range of topics with those who have first-hand experience of the graduate recruitment and development process.

Cost

Complimentary entry for AAGE members.

Non-members and member colleagues may attend for $40 + GST.   

Please note that members must be logged in to access complimentary registration.

Cancellations

In order for us to cater appropriately, please let us know if you need to cancel your attendance. In order to cancel an invoice raised OR receive a refund for event attendance, the AAGE requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice to receive notice of your intention to cancel. All cancellation requests need to be received in writing via events@aage.com.au.
