The Big Meet 2020

Sponsorship Prospectus

Overview

There are four ways to sponsor the Big Meet in 2020:

1. Prime Position

An opportunity for one exhibitor to place themselves at the entrance to the Big Meet so that you are the first exhibitor that students see as they enter the exhibition area.

• An innovative way to add value to your exhibitor stall.
• Extra space compared to a normal exhibitor.
• Recognition of your organisation as a sponsor on The Big Meet website
• This sponsorship is allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
• 1 available at each of the 5 Big Meet events taking place in March / April 2020.
• The “Prime Position” sponsorship is in addition to your existing registration fee.

Investment - $2,000 + GST per Big Meet

2. Coffee cart

An opportunity for one exhibitor to sponsor a coffee cart, which will be located next to your stall during The Big Meet.

• An innovative way to add value to your exhibitor stall.
• Free coffee served to university students throughout The Big Meet
• Coffee cups can be branded with your corporate logo (coffee cups to be supplied by the sponsor at the sponsor’s expense)
• Coffee cart staff can wear your corporate polo shirt or t-shirt (polo shirt or t-shirt to be supplied by the sponsor at the sponsor’s expense)
• Recognition of your organisation as a sponsor on The Big Meet website
• This sponsorship is allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
• 1 available at each of the 5 Big Meet events taking place in March / April 2020.

Investment - $1,500 + GST per Big Meet

3. Popcorn machine

An opportunity for one exhibitor to sponsor a popcorn machine, which will be located next to your stall during The Big Meet.

• An innovative way to add value to your exhibitor stall.
• Free popcorn served to university students throughout The Big Meet
• Includes AAGE staff to run the popcorn machine during the event
• Popcorn bags can be branded with your corporate logo (popcorn bags to be supplied by the sponsor at the sponsor’s expense)
• Popcorn machine staff can wear your corporate polo shirt or t-shirt (polo shirt or t-shirt to be supplied by the sponsor at the sponsor’s expense)
• Recognition of your organisation as a sponsor on The Big Meet website
• This sponsorship is allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
• 1 available at each of the 5 Big Meet events taking place in March / April 2020.

Investment - $1,000 + GST per Big Meet

4. Name Badges

An opportunity to sponsor the Name Badges worn by all attending students.

• Your corporate branding on all student Name Badges – one colour print (reversed out white or as determined by the AAGE) company logo on each name badge. Something like this but with your own logo instead of the Big Meet logo:

• Recognition of your organisation as a sponsor on The Big Meet website
• This sponsorship is allocated on a “first come first served” basis.
• 1 available at each of the 5 Big Meet events taking place in March / April 2020.
