DESCRIPTION:https://aage.com.au/event-3227217\n\n\nWhat's on your mind?\n  You are invited to join us for the AAGE's Graduate Development & Retention Roundtable.\n    \n This is an exciting opportunity to meet your peers from the graduate resourcing and development industry to discuss a range of issues related to Graduate Development Programs:\n      *             Structure and content of development programs        \n\n        *             Use of development programs as an attraction tool        \n\n        *             Identification of high potential        \n\n        *             Technical training vs. leadership training        \n\n        *             Use of assessment and selection scores to determine training needs        \n\n        *             Retention of graduates        \n\n  \nCost\n  Complimentary entry for AAGE members.\n  Non-members and member colleagues may attend for $40 + GST.   \n  Please note that members must be logged in to access complimentary registration.\n  NOTE: To keep overall numbers manageable\, we request that each organisation registers no more than 2 representatives.\n  \nCancellations\nIn order for us to cater appropriately\, please let us know if you need to cancel your attendance. In order to cancel an invoice raised OR receive a refund for event attendance\, the AAGE requires a MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice to receive notice of your intention to cancel.
