The 2018 Graduate Survey is based on research conducted by the AAGE with over 2,500 responses from the 2017 intake of graduates, i.e. graduates who have been working for an organisation for around 12 months.

The survey provides the latest market information on:

• Employee profiles
• Satisfaction levels
• Expectations and plans for the future

Year after year, employers have found the survey to be an invaluable resource, allowing them to benchmark themselves against market best practice and plan their upcoming campaigns.
